Donations
The Arc of Greater Fall River appreciates the support of its community!
Monetary donations:
We strive to make a difference through the generosity of others. Your donation in any amount makes a world of difference.
Memorials and Honoraria:
Families frequently request that a memorial and honoraria donations be made to The Arc of Greater Fall River upon passing of a loved one. We deeply appreciate such considerations, especially when our organization is recalled in difficult times. However, they can be made at happier times; to mark a significant event such as a birth, graduation, or even a marriage. Individuals or families receive a letter from The Arc acknowledging that a donation has been made honoring or remembering them and those giving the gift receive a thank you letter, which can be used for tax purposes.
“In Kind” Donations to Programs:
The individuals in our programs are very active and engaging in numerous adventures, which lead to always looking for items or materials to supplement these adventures. They can include but not limited to Equipment; Supplies; Tickets for recreation and social events.
VOLUNTEERING: Get Involved!
Whether you have a few hours a week, one day each month or would like to help for one project at a time we have a job for YOU!
- Work with individuals one to one or on a specific project
- Serve on our Committees: Board of Directors or the Human Rights Committee
- Share your special talents and enthusiasm with individuals in our programs
- Purchase “One of a Kind” note cards offered /made by individuals through the Arc of Gr. Fall River
